pens
My pens must remain untouched by other human hands. I will happily let someone use my pen if the occasion arises, but it is straight in the garbage afterwards or ‘keep it.’ If it’s a pen I’ve become particularly attached to, an awkward ‘sorry, I can’t lend it to you and I can’t explain why; I just can’t.’ It’s not a germ or hygiene issue, but some deep violation of the symbiotic relationship between a man and his pen.

Do you work in a pharmacy? No one messes with each other’s pens there. It’s a respect thing. And if your pen is missing, we all chip in to help you find it. In my pharmacy anyway- where we’re all in the same neurotic boat as you. =D
Brilliant!
Glad to know I’m not the only one who forms attachments to my writing instruments.
i like it when girls touch my pen….. or pencil.
I used to become very upset when my favorite pencil became too short to use and I had to throw it out. I try to use mechanical pencils as to avoid this.
Freud would have loved analyzing you…PEN being the first three letters of…well, you know…
i hear that, except with me its markers. furthermore, i will flip the hell out if i see someone with one of my markers….it makes me mad to even think of it
Have you ever wondered what your pen symbolizes.
I love my pens….
i dont lend out my writing utensils at all unless its someone i really like and even then i MAKE SURE i get them back. one time in math this kid i really dont like [hes really gross] just grabbed my sharpie and started to use it, im VERY particular about my sharpies i NEVER lend them out. so when he took it i couldnt pay attention in class anymore and had to constantly see if it was “safe”.
