eyes closed, lights out
I must close my eyes before I turn off the light when I go to sleep. I don’t like being in the dark, so doing this makes me unable to see that it is dark. I’ve done this for as long as I can remember.

Thats weird. I do the opposite. I have to have my eyes open when i turn off the light, in case theres something else in the room after I turn it off.
I tried clicking ‘me too’ but I did not see it work, so I’ll just say, “Me too!” I’m also more comfortable not witnessing the light going out. I prefer closing my eyes, then switching the light off.
I do that too! I dislike the dark but I also don’t like not being able to see for those couple seconds while my eyes are adjusting so I close my eyes before I turn the lights off.
Isn’t it dark when you close your eyes?
