i need to have things clean and organized. i will even go so far as to pick up other people’s messes. I work as a printing press operator, and at work i will spend time picking up matchbook sized pieces of paper off the ground and digging paper out of the trash. before i go to bed at night i spend at least 15 minutes picking up the house or i sleep lousy…..

Do you mean like internet security? There are computer security degrees, and many CS and CIS programs offer an internet security track. However, I haven’t come across any of these that have an "ethics" course directly related to hacking. I’d imagine they’re out there though. Good luck in your search.

Just a router will be fine, modem/routers are usually for ADSL, sounds like you are using cable.
