nice, warm chair
I cant sit in a chair right after a person has gotten up. The warmth in the chair from where their butt was grosses me out. I will immediately get up and move to a different chair if i sit in a warm one or wait to sit if someone has just gotten up from a chair.

I do the same thing, unless it’s an extremely attractive male. Then I feel proud to be sitting in his ass-warmth.
UGH, I hate that. But, heated seats [like in cars] are okay for me.
Ooooh, I HATE that! It’s kind of unavoidable for me since I like to arrive in class early and snag a seat right away. My way around this is that i put my clipboard/textbook on the seat and revel in it’s cold square-ness. Then when it has reached body temperature and I believe it is safe to assume the chair has cooled adequately, I remove the textbook from beneath me and sit in the chair.
