vomit sauce
I cannot bring myself to eat anything that has a sauce on it. (Marinara especially). Whenever I go to an italian restaurant I have to specify not to have sauce on the food I’m getting. I always get weird looks from the waiters, but the sight of it on my food make me want to vomit.

I have to ask for very light sauce on anything other than pizza. I can do light marinara but that’s the only one. I can’t eat anything with gravy, pudding, jello, yogurt etc. And I cannot be in the presence of non-cooked tomato sauce. The smell reminds me of dirty feet and makes me gag.
I have an intense fear of all condiments. Salad dressing, ketchup, mayonaise, mustard, relish, marmalade….I just, can’t smell it or touch it. Sometimes my brother throws his dishes with remnants of a condiment into the sink while I’m washing dishes, and I have to stop and makes someone else do the whole pile because I can’t bear to go near anything that has been contaminated with it.
