noise maker
whenever i am in public, listening to music on my iPod, and someone walks by me, i always pause the music to make sure i’m not making any weird noises. if i fail to pause the music, i hold my breath.

I do that too. Well i don’t stop my music, but i will hold my breath to make sure i’m not making noise, and i’ll even make sure that my steps are light so they are quiet too.

Haha, I sort of do the same thing.
Except, I always think that somebody is going to talk to me, so I pause my music thinking I won’t be able to hear them otherwise.
That is so weird! I do the same thing!
When I’m listening to music in public, I get worried that everyone is going to hear what I’m listening to, so I listen on a barely audible volume and constantly take my headphones out to make sure it’s not audible outside of them
OH GOD I DO THIS TOO. It’s actually the worst.
I don’t notice my breathing until I’m near people then suddenly it feels like it’s SO loud
